Is your pottery dishwasher, microwave and ovenproof?
Yes our pottery is made to withstand commercial sterilises and is durable in the microwave. When it comes to using our pots in the oven we only recommend doing this if you're fairly cautious about the temperature shock that can occur if a hot piece is placed on a cold surface. Please gradually heat or cool your piece of pottery and avoid putting cold pieces on hot surfaces or hot pieces on cold surfaces.
How do I know when a product I would like is back in stock?
On products that are sold out online you're given the option to sign up to be notified when it is back in stock, this option is the best option in terms of securing stock. If you need a special something by a particular date, these questions are best asked over the phone. Please call us here in Raglan on (07) 825 0370.
Do you ship internationally?
Due to the influx of orders over December we are not able to arrange shipping quotes and post internationally.
Despite not having international rates up online, we are happy to arrange a shipping quote for you. Please fill out a contact form over on this page with your draft order and shipping details and we will get back to you with a quote.
When in your annual Seconds Sale?
We have had to delay this until Auckland Anniversary weekend, 28th January 2022 due to COVID Alert Levels and social distancing restrictions. If you would like some more information about this you can read about it here.
Can you do custom orders?
Yes we can make custom orders that have a minimum of 50 pieces.
We welcome commissions for special projects. Restaurant orders, gifts for clients and staff, and pieces for special occasions. We can also personalise your commission with a logo or stamp as required. Please call our Retail Manager Tayla in Raglan to discuss your special project - (07) 825 0370
