RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to this sale being end of line, we can no longer sell these products as apart of our everyday range so we are not able to offer returns, exchanges or refunds.

SHIPPING RATES 

As a standard here at Tony Sly Pottery we offer free shipping on orders $150 and over but due to the large amount of pieces per order expected we are offering our two flat rates - $15 for North Island | $20 for South Island

CLICK & COLLECT 

Because all of our sale product is held in our studio here in Raglan we are also able to offer Click & Collect for collection from our Raglan Storefront. We tend to have orders ready at the time selected on the cart page but please be conscious of us having a small delay.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Yes, you are more than welcome to use your gift vouchers with our sale products! Please enter your Gift Card Code upon checkout on the top right side of the page.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY 

What we have online is all we have in the studio on offer. Products will be removed off our website as they sell out.
